GROUP EX CLASSES
BACK TO BASICS
(T) Get the benefits of traditional aerobics, muscle strengthening along with some flexibility exercises. Join this class for low impact and high fun
(C) Fun, energetic, lively class which infuses body weight, hand weights, balance, and plyometric exercises to increase core stability, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
(C) This barbell class strengthens your entire body. Enjoy 60 minutes of challenging your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls.
Body Pump™ Express
(C) This 45 minute barbell workout uses light to moderate weights plus high reps to create lean muscle tone in your body. This is a high energy class that uses great music to motivate and increase the calorie burn.
(C) BollyX combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This class cycles between higher and lower intensity dance sequences to get you moving, seating, and motivated all at the same time!
(T) Combine high-energy activities to increase cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, strength and flexibility.
(T) Add some variety to your cardio routine! This class is a mix of traditional aerobics with a dose of strength training.
(C) Rev up your metabolism and burn calories in this “boot camp” style cardio class. Tabata, kickboxing, and aerobics are a few of the workout styles used to get your body moving!
(T) Cardio, muscle work and range of motion utilizing the step, bands, dumbbells and whatever else we can come up with to make things interesting.
(T) Challenge yourself with 45 minutes of extreme HIIT designed to push your body to it’s limits.
(C) A fabulous workout designed to target your core muscles. With the focus on the upper and lower abdominal, oblique abdominal and lower back muscles, this class will also work the hips and glutes to develop better balance and improve functional movement.
(T) 45 minutes of a calorie torching indoor cycling ride.
(C) If you participate in running, weight lifting, team sports or any fitness activities, come gently stretch major muscle groups, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. This will help to keep your muscles and connective tissues supple and resistant to injury.
(C) Breathe, stretch, and play during our all-levels family yoga class! Ages 6 and up. Parent must accompany children.
Half-Hour of Power!
(C) This class is a total body workout that will focus on developing muscular endurance and strength by working multiple muscle groups at once. Using dumbbells, followed by short bursts of plyometric exercise to get the heart pumping. Low impact and bodyweight-only options are also provided for each class.
(T) While concentrating on physical health and mental well-being, you will place emphasis on proper alignment, deep stretching and breathing.
(C) Combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
(C, T) This dance fitness program is a mix of explosive dance and boot camp toning.
(T) Strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
(T) A mix of yoga and pilates. The core-firming benefits of pilates with the flexibility of yoga.
(C) PoundFit is a cardio workout designed for all fitness levels. Using Ripstix™, weighted drumsticks engineered for exercise, POUNDFIT transforms drumming into an effective full body workout!
RAISE THE BAR SYNC
(T) Build muscle endurance and strength working all the major muscle groups using a barbell synced to music.
RAISE THE BAR POWER
(T) We’re taking Raise the Bar to the next level and adding power! All the benefits of a barbell workout while adding an interval aspect.
(T) Recuperative postures are held for lengths of time and props are used to support a deep sense of letting go and healing the mind, body and spirit.
SILVER SNEAKERS® CLASSIC 1
(T) Designed to increase muscle strength , range of motion and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
SILVER SNEAKERS® CLASSIC 2
(T) A more intense version of our Silver Sneakers MS-ROM®.
SILVER SNEAKERS® YOGA LEVEL 1
(T) This class focuses on performing yoga poses while seated in a chair.
(T) Low-impact class with basic footwork. Combines step aerobics with body toning.
(C) Instructors challenge all fitness levels as we take you on a calorie burning adventure! This high intensity class is a combination of fast-paced cycling and strategic lighter rest intervals. Please bring a water bottle and towel. Gel seats or bike shorts recommended. SPACE IS LIMITED!
(T) We are adding the cardiovascular workout of step with a strength circuit. Work the heart AND tone up.
STRENGTH AND MORE
(T) With bands, hand weights, steps and any toys we can find to help you become stronger and more powerful.
Stretch Relief/Triple A
(C) Spend some time with us and work on your flexibility! This class will take you through the basics of stretching which will leave your body moving with a stronger range of motion.
(C) Reduce anxiety and stress while increasing your range of motion and flexibility. A graceful form of exercise often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Total Body Tabata
(C) Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories away and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
(C) All levels. This class focuses on alignment and flow. Breaking down each pose step-by-step then moving through a flowing series. This class also ends with core work.
(C) Yin Yoga focuses on the slow, patient opening of the fascial layer of the body (the connective tissue that underlies the skin, wraps the muscles and holds bones together). Over time, chronic tightness of this layer causes stiffness and inflexibility restricting mobility. No prior yoga experience required.
(C) Move your body through a complete series of poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises will help with more efficient breathing, increased lung capacity, stress reduction, and mental clarity. All levels welcome!
(C, T) Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves create an amazing, dynamic fitness program. Routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms plus resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
(C) Use rhythm and coordination to tone target zones such as arms, core, and lower body. The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights help you focus on specific muscle groups.
EARLY MORNING CLASSES
(C) There is no better way to start your day! Just the “basics”, a little light stretching and aerobics designed to get you awake and moving!
(C) This class will work you from head-to-toe! Aerobic work will get your heart pumping, strength training will move your muscles and stretching will improve flexibility.
