GROUP X CLASSES DESCRIPTIONS
If you participate in running, weight lifting, team sports or any fitness activities, come gently stretch major muscle groups, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. This will help to keep your muscles and connective tissues supple and resistant to injury.
While concentrating on physical health and mental well-being, you will place emphasis on proper alignment, deep stretching and breathing.
Combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
This dance fitness program is a mix of explosive dance and boot camp toning.
RAISE THE BAR
Build muscle endurance and strength working all the major muscle groups using a barbell synced to music.
Gain energy with increased cardiovascular strength and endurance while doing a challenging but modifiable workout for all fitness levels. Have fun and energize your day. Pedal through hill climb, sprint, open road, HIIT, and interval rides and drills with music to energize you. Each class is different. Energize your day and life with Spinergy.
All levels. This class focuses on alignment and flow. Breaking down each pose step-by-step then moving through a flowing series. This class also ends with core work.
Yin Yoga focuses on the slow, patient opening of the fascial layer of the body (the connective tissue that underlies the skin, wraps the muscles and holds bones together). Over time, chronic tightness of this layer causes stiffness and inflexibility restricting mobility. No prior yoga experience required.
Move your body through a complete series of poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises will help with more efficient breathing, increased lung capacity, stress reduction, and mental clarity. All levels welcome!
Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves create an amazing, dynamic fitness program. Routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms plus resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
