What is Group Exercise?
Group exercise is one of many ways the Y supports members in achieving their health and wellness goals. Our instructor led programs improve health, encourage social interaction and with motivating music, are one of the most enjoyable ways to move and feel great. All YMCA group exercise classes are included in your membership with a fitness ADD-ON package! From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training, to indoor cycling and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving.

SilverSneakers® is an overall wellness program that helps active older adults improve their health and live a healthy life.
Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves create an amazing, dynamic fitness program. Routines feature interval-training sessions where fast and slow rhythms plus resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Upbeat Fusion Cardio Workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you sweating and smiling as you bounce to Pop, Bollywood, and Latin music!
Move your body through a complete series of poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises will help with more efficient breathing, increased lung capacity, stress reduction, and mental clarity. All levels welcome!
Yin Yoga focuses on the slow, patient opening of the fascial layer of the body (the connective tissue that underlies the skin, wraps the muscles and holds bones together). Over time, chronic tightness of this layer causes stiffness and inflexibility restricting mobility. No prior yoga experience required.
If you participate in running, weight lifting, team sports or any fitness activities, come gently stretch major muscle groups, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. This will help to keep your muscles and connective tissues supple and resistant to injury.
While concentrating on physical health and mental well-being, you will place emphasis on proper alignment, deep stretching and breathing.
Combines martial arts techniques with fast paced cardio. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.
This dance fitness program is a mix of explosive dance and boot camp toning.
