Our child care programs are staffed with people who understand the cognitive, physical and social development of kids, the need children have to feel connected and supported in trying new things.
With a focus on, health, social growth and academic enhancement, Y afterschool programs serve kindergartners through grade schoolers with a variety of programmatic and activity options to explore and develop their interests and talents.
Participants in these programs build skills, learn about teamwork and focus on sportsmanship. Families are presented with second-to-none volunteer opportunities as coaches, team parents, and committee members.
Group exercise is a great way to meet people, boost your motivation and add variety to your fitness regimen. We offer group exercise classes ranging from cardio to strength, from flexibility to dance. All fitness levels are welcome.
It’s never too early to learn to swim at the Y! Classes are progressive, and taught year-round. YMCA swim lessons encourage life-long learning and help children be comfortable in and around water.
Through Y summer programs, the social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of all youth are nurtured and celebrated. Children as well as teens will build positive character values, develop new skills, and make new friends all while participating in a fun and healthy atmosphere!
